Mission and Vision
Helping individuals develop mindful movement practices and explore the connection between body and mind. This is accomplished by educated proper exercise technique; educating the community about the common diagnoses that plague many individuals from high level athletes to the sedentary office employee; and finally creating a resource for therapist and patients like to grasp these concepts and adopt new practices to manage and prevent injuries in the future.
Sultan Budhwani
Doctor of Physical Therapy Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist
Licensed physical therapist in the state of Illinois. He completed his bachelor’s in public health with an emphasis on health promotion and health education at Northern Illinois University. He then received his doctorate in physical therapy at Emory University. Sultan completed his orthopedic residency at the University of Chicago Medical Center. He has been practicing in the outpatient rehabilitation department at Stroger Hospital of Cook County. He takes a strong manual-based approach when treating clients. He really enjoys connecting the dots and teaching individuals to improve their quality of life.
